Do you love your company? Idaho Press to honor top local workplaces

The Idaho Press has launched an initiative to highlight the Treasure Valley’s employers of choice later this year and invites you to nominate your company as a Top Workplace.

Through this project — a partnership with Energage, a leader in workplace climate research — employees will nominate their companies and the organizations who qualify and want to be included will agree to having their employees surveyed about various aspects of the company’s culture, leadership, and other criteria that make it a great employer. In October, the Idaho Press will honor the companies with the highest marks for organizational health in a special publication, website, and an event to celebrate these distinguished firms.

Idaho Press publisher, Matt Davison, writes, “We are curious to learn more about the local organizations right here in the Treasure Valley who are successfully navigating these challenging times, and we look forward to recognizing them as Idaho Press Top Workplaces for 2021. We felt it was critical to partner with a company that has the experience and expertise to ensure this research is accurate and useful for all our local partners. Energage helps companies turn employee feedback into useful business intelligence and provides a platform to recognize employers for a job well done.”

Nominations are being accepted through May 14 at idahopress.com/nominate. It is free to nominate a company and the online surveying process is also free. Any organization in the Treasure Valley with 35 or more employees is eligible to participate. Once nominated, eligible companies will be contacted by Energage to begin the survey process.
